Life coaching is a process where we work together to help you identify and achieve your personal and professional goals. We would have a series of one-on-one sessions where I can provide guidance, support, and accountability - cause who doesn't need that sometimes in life! I'll use a variety of proven techniques and tools to help you gain clarity, set actionable goals, and develop strategies to overcome challenges. My coaching process is highly personalized, tailored to your unique needs and aspirations. And because it is collaborative with accountability, it empowers you to make positive changes in your life! The length of a coaching engagement can vary based on individual goals and needs. Some folks find value in a few sessions focused on specific issues or challenges, while others may want a longer-term coaching relationship to achieve more substantial personal or professional transformations. Typically, a coaching relationship may last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. We can tailor a plan and timeline just for you based on your objectives and expectations.

Having navigated through my own grief journey and transformation as part of my own 90-Day experience to become Dream Life certified, I am dedicated to providing a supportive and empathetic environment for my clients. My desire is to help you achieve your goals and live your best life through growth and transformation.
Through Respark Your Life Coaching, I focus on the tools and activities that prioritize your unique needs and goals. It is my strong belief that every woman should be able to live a life filled with joy and purpose even though we face challenges, set backs, loss, or just the mundane things of day-to-day living!
I offer several different one-on-one coaching packages to ensure that you receive the time and attention that aligns with your specific objectives, whether they involve personal development, improved relationships, a more vibrant and joyful life, a reduction in stress and anxiety, or to navigate through your own grief journey.
One-on-one coaching sessions are conducted over Zoom to provide a personal touch even though we may be geographically separated. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly and typically run for 45 minutes. If you have a particular goal you want to achieve or specific habits you want to focus on, we will spend time during the first session discussing your goals. In our next sessions, we will talk about progress on actions you chose from the previous session (accountability), discuss strategies and tools to provide tailored support, and reset your intentions for the upcoming week (tailored to your goals). The goal is to determine where you want to go and what you want to achieve and through our sessions, give you the mindset and practical tools you can use, and give the support to get there!

In addition to one-on-one coaching, if you want a more structured approach with small groups and a community, then our Respark Your Joy 90-Day U-Turn could be the loving kick in the right direction you're looking for! We give you the tools and knowledge to overcome self-sabotaging behaviours and reprogram your subconcious for success! This is the program that changed my life and I know it can change yours too!
And if you are navigating through grief and loss, I am currently developing a structured 12-week Respark Your Joy After Grief program that will also include structured weekly sessions, small groups and a community (which is so important to healing). Stay tuned for more details.
Yes! I offer a six-week one-on-one structured program specifically designed to work through and reduce anxiety. Sometimes it is so hard to move on and achieve other goals until we deal with anxiety. As part of the Anxiety Toolkit, you will receive weekly recorded sessions, worksheets and assessment, and one-on-one coaching sessions with me to help you learn and apply anxiety reducing tools and techniques. We can work together to get you out of flight or fight mode so you can enjoy your life again.
